For Online Training
Start a batch
Participant can start the batch any time, by just sending us an email or communicate with us through phone , the good news is that we are on whats app too.
Participant can request for demo session anytime without any payment (Demo session consist only 1 hr online session).
In order to start the batch 30% payment advance is essential and rest payment will be made after half of the course.
MKJ IT Solution will not be responsible for the participant's internet connection or any interruption of training because of the internet at participant end.
We use high speed board-band internet connection with the speed more than 40-50 mb/ps. In spite of that any disturbance during the class because of internet because of mkjit-solutions.com ends will be taken care by us and class will be rescheduled.
Mode of the training will be English only.
Payment
In case of terminate the training , request can be approved within first three classes of training. All payable amount by the participant will be refunded (expect government tax or payment gateway service provider charges).
To start a batch 30% Payment advance has to be submitted. (not including full stack batches)
In case of Full Stack Batch (Java.MEAN or MERN stack), participant first payment will be 15% and before starting next module participant have to make 25% payment.
Rest 70% Payment have to be paid after completion of half of the course.
Payment can be transferred via PayPal or Bank Transfer.
Refund
100% Payable refund within first three classes of the student.
Any charges incurred on payment gateway service or government taxation would not be refunded back.
After three days , per day charges of the training will charged and rest of the amount will be refund back.
Pause a batch
In case to pause the training , participant can resume it again from where they left , but re-schedule the timings again with the coordinating team.
Subject Lifetime Support
MKJ IT Solution provide life time subject support , in order to avail that please email us and schedule the meeting
Post batch support meeting cannot be more than 1 hr in a day and 7 hr in a month .
Participant rights
On very first day participant will get all study material (pdf of the module/lab exercise/project case study).
Participant will get day wise training schedule.
Participant can record the session, but distribution of recording is not allowed.
Please ask for the receipt when payment made.
What we don't support
We do not provide participant's office or real time development project support.
we will not be responsible for participant's internet , internet bill's or any hardware.
we will not be responsible for the non-clearing of certification exam of the participant or less marks/grades in the exam.
we don't provide any job search support to the participants.
For Off-shore Training (Fly Trainer For Us)
Daily Classes & Schedule
Daily 8 hours classes will be conducted with two tea break and one lunch break .
Daily schedule & Price estimation have to shared and both parties sign off is mandatory for further work.
Per Day Training Cost
same cost will be charged which is mentioned in the respective training tab.
Other cost will be added on training cost
Visa & Travel Cost
client have to pay the visa amount.
client have to pay travel cost.
Accommodation
client have to pay accommodation cost , or arrange the stay in nominal 3 or 4 start hotel .
stay should not be arranged in hostel.
any guest house of the organisation will be acceptable, but proper internet connectivity required.
daily commutation charges from hotel to training location & training location to hotel (taxi/ uber) will be paid by client or client has to manage daily transportation, local transport service of the city will not be considered.
Transportation charges from Airport to Hotel and vice-versa will be paid by client or arranged by client.
Payment
For the batches smaller than five days.
100% advance payment is mandatory to fly the trainer.
For the batches larger than 5 days.
Batch can be started after making 50% advance payment of the whole amount.
Remaining payment have to be made after finishing half module.
